2014 Conference: Essential Skills and Cutting-Edge Strategies

ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference

At the Third Annual ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference, held March 12-14, 2014, legal professionals gathered with nationally leading jurists, technology experts, and eDiscovery gurus to develop both essential skills and cutting-edge strategies in eDiscovery. The conference featured several of the nation’s leading jurists and educators on eDiscovery issues, including the Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin, U.S. District Judge, Southern District of New York, and the Hon. John M. Facciola, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the District of Columbia.

 

2013 Conference: eDiscovery – The Present and the Future

The Second Annual ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference, held March 13-15, 2013, focused on the practical and cutting-edge issues affecting the discovery and admission of electronic information. Two of the nation’s leading jurists and educators on eDiscovery issues addressed the conference as keynote speakers: the Hon. John Facciola, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the District of Columbia, and the Hon. Craig Shaffer, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the District of Colorado.

 

2012 Conference

The 2012 ASU-Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference, held May 23-25, 2012, focused on legal and technological issues in the discovery of electronically stored information (ESI), the principles, strategies and tactics of ESI discovery, and cutting-edge practical realities of e-discovery. The keynote address was delivered by the Hon. John M. Facciola, a U.S. Magistrate Judge in the District of Columbia and member of the Board of Directors of the National Judicial Center.
