Blake M. Trueblood currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Native American Financial Services Association (“NAFSA”). Blake earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida State University and a law degree from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. Blake has also earned a Masters in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University. Blake is an enrolled tribal member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
Blake has significant experience in several areas of tribal economic development, both as an attorney and business consultant. Blake is a partner of the Trueblood Law Group P. A., a Florida based economic development, business and Indian law firm. Prior to joining NAFSA, Blake served as Director of Business Development for the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development (“NCAIED”).
