Eric Ramos

Eric Ramos is a Sales Executive – Property and Casualty, for Wells Fargo Insurance,
Wells Fargo & Company, located in Rancho Cordova

Eric’s focus is on our Native American clients, where he is responsible for working with tribal governments to build economic enterprises that safeguard and improve the lives of their citizens. Eric has spent the past 15 years helping tribes manage the risks associated with these diverse tribal entities. Eric works closely with tribal clients and prospects to create tailored insurance strategies to meet their specific needs. His goal is to discover innovative ways to help them minimize exposures, reduce risks, and support their unique cultures.

Before joining Wells Fargo Insurance, Eric was the President and CEO of Crossfire Connection Insurance Associates, a regional insurance brokerage firm that served the Native American community. Eric was also acting
President of Business Operations for the Blue Lake Rancheria Tribe where he managed the Tribe’s many diverse enterprises. Most notably, he steered their giving budgets into education, community infrastructure, and public
health and safety services.

Eric earned his B.A. in Business Administration at Humboldt State University. In addition, he represented Blue Lake Rancheria as a California Nations Indian Gaming Association (CNIGA) Tribal Delegate, and was a former Executive Committee Secretary and Legislative Committee Chair where he worked on legal, operational, and planning issues affecting Indian Country.
