Ms. Fitzharris attended Roger Williams University School of Law in Rhode Island and specialized in human trafficking, immigration law, and indigent criminal defense. She has been a staff attorney for DNA People Legal Services since April 2013, starting as a sole attorney at a domestic violence shelter in Page, Arizona. She assisted victims of domestic violence with civil legal aide in both Arizona and Navajo Nation courts through a U.S. Department of Justice Legal Assistance to Victims Office grant. She recently transferred to DNA’s Flagstaff office, where she provides civil legal aide to low income individuals. She specializes in family law and domestic violence. Ms. Fitzharris is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Massachusetts, Navajo Nation, New Mexico and Rhode Island.
